We typically ship around noon, so please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once your order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.

What if my package is delayed? In cases where the package is returned, you will be contacted to ensure the address is correct, and the package will be re-shipped promptly. A package is considered lost only after 30 business days without any tracking updates.
