Civic Type R (FL5/FK8) - Shift Boot Collar Insert – for Acuity

Why does this exist? 

Gabe came to us after running into this exact problem on his FK8, the Acuity collar is awesome, but his factory shift boot wouldn't sit right against it. Loose, wrinkled, and sad. We started digging and found the same complaint all over the forums and Reddit! This is a widespread fitment gap between the Acuity collar and OE shift boots, not a one-off issue.

So we built this insert to fill in that mass. 

It's a precision spacer that sits inside the Acuity collar and increases the effective diameter to match your stock shift boot opening exactly. The bottom is tapered wider to guide the boot into place and hold it securely against the collar, keeping everything tight, clean, and wrinkle-free.

Install:
Drop-in fit inside the Acuity collar, no adhesive or hardware required. After it is installed, slip your shift boot over and zip tie the assembly.
